PIKO 47369 - TT diesel locomotive BR 345 SKL VI
New in 2024: Diesel locomotive BR 345 in prototypical paint and printing of the SKL in Era VI. The new, diesel-hydraulic locomotive was an ideal shunting machine that would also prove effective on local freight trains and on branch lines. The driver's cab, which was not yet optimally designed, as well as corrections to the vehicle part led to the development of the successor series V 60.12. Overall, however, the V 60.10 proved successful, so that the last examples of the Deutsche Reichsbahn were not retired until 1990. Some private railway companies still use the locomotives today. The model has the small driver's cab with the headlight, many individually attached parts, metal coupling rods, and is prepared for easy digital and sound retrofitting. The model has TT close couplings.
