As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with general legislation pursuant to Section 7 (1) of the German Telemedia Act (TMG). However, according to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, we are not obliged as a service provider to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information in accordance with general laws remain unaffected by this. However, liability in this respect is only possible from the time of knowledge of a concrete infringement. If we become aware of any such infringements, we will remove the relevant content immediately.

Newsletter information and consent
The following information explains the contents of our newsletter as well as the registration, dispatch and statistical evaluation procedures and your rights of objection. By subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to receive it and to the procedures described.

Content of the newsletter
We send newsletters, e-mails and other electronic notifications with promotional information (hereinafter "newsletter") only with the consent of the recipients or a legal permission. If the contents of the Newsletter are specifically described in the course of registration, they are decisive for the consent of the users. In addition, our newsletters contain information about our offers and promotions.

Double opt-in and logging
Registration for our newsletter takes place in a so-called double opt-in process. This means that after registration you will receive an e-mail in which you are asked to confirm your registration. This confirmation is necessary so that no one can register with other people's e-mail addresses.

The registrations for the newsletter are logged in order to be able to prove the registration process in accordance with the legal requirements. This includes the storage of the registration and confirmation time, as well as the IP address. Changes to your data stored with Cleverreach are also logged.

Use of a dispatch service provider
The newsletter is sent using "Cleverreach", a newsletter dispatch platform.

The email addresses of our newsletter recipients, as well as their other data described in this notice, are stored on the service provider's servers in Germany. The service provider uses this information to send and evaluate the newsletter on our behalf. Furthermore, according to its own information, the service provider may use this data to optimise or improve its own services, e.g. for the technical optimisation of the dispatch and the presentation of the newsletters or for economic purposes in order to determine from which countries the recipients come. However, the service provider does not use the data of our newsletter recipients to write to them itself or to pass it on to third parties.

We trust in the reliability and IT and data security of our service provider. The service provider undertakes to comply with EU data protection regulations. Furthermore, we have concluded a "Data Processing Agreement" with the service provider. This is a contract in which the service provider undertakes to protect the data of our users, to process it on our behalf in accordance with its data protection regulations and, in particular, not to pass it on to third parties.

Registration data
To register for the newsletter, it is sufficient to enter your e-mail address.

Optionally, we ask you to enter your first and last name. This information is only used to personalise the newsletter. Furthermore, we also ask you to optionally enter your date of birth and your address. We only use this information to adapt the content of the newsletter to the interests of our readers.

6) Data processing for order processing
6.1 Insofar as necessary for the processing of the contract for delivery and payment purposes, the personal data collected by us will be passed on to the commissioned transport company and the commissioned credit institution in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b DSGVO.

For the payment methods credit card via PayPal, direct debit via PayPal or - if offered - "purchase on account" or "payment by instalments" via PayPal, PayPal reserves the right to carry out a credit check. For this purpose, your payment data may be passed on to credit agencies in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO on the basis of PayPal's legitimate interest in determining your solvency. PayPal uses the result of the credit check in terms of the statistical probability of non-payment for the purpose of deciding on the provision of the respective payment method. The creditworthiness information may contain probability values (so-called score values). Insofar as score values are included in the result of the credit report, they have their basis in a scientifically recognised mathematical-statistical procedure. The calculation of the score values includes, but is not limited to, address data. 7) Site functionalities

7.1 Shopvote graphics
In order to display our ShopVote seal and the collected and/or aggregated ratings, if any, we have integrated ShopVote graphics on this website.
This serves to protect our legitimate interests in optimal marketing of our offer, which outweigh our interests in the context of a balancing of interests pursuant to Art. 6 (1) p. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The ShopVote graphics and the services advertised with them are an offer of Blickreif GmbH, Schulstraße 46, 80634 Munich.

This access data is not evaluated and is automatically overwritten at the latest seven days after the end of your visit to the site. If you give your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO, we will transmit your email address to Google. You will receive an email from Google Customer Reviews asking you to rate the purchase experience on our website. In addition, your review will be used for Google Seller Reviews. The use of Google Customer Reviews may also involve the transmission of personal data to the servers of Google LLC. in the USA.

You can revoke your consent at any time by sending a message to the data controller or to Google.

This website uses a so-called "cookie consent tool" to obtain effective user consent for cookies and cookie-based applications requiring consent. The "cookie consent tool" is displayed to users in the form of an interactive user interface when they access the page, on which consent for certain cookies and/or cookie-based applications can be given by ticking the appropriate box. Through the use of the tool, all cookies/services requiring consent are only loaded if the respective user gives the corresponding consent by ticking the corresponding box. This ensures that such cookies are only set on the respective user's end device if consent has been granted.

The tool sets technically necessary cookies to save your cookie preferences. Personal user data is generally not processed.

Further legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c DSGVO. As the responsible party, we are subject to the legal obligation to make the use of technically unnecessary cookies dependent on the respective user consent.
Further information on the operator and the setting options of the cookie consent tool can be found directly in the corresponding user interface on our website.

If you exercise your right to object, we will stop processing the data concerned. However, we reserve the right to continue processing if we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override their interests, fundamental rights and freedoms, or if the processing serves the purpose of asserting, exercising or defending legal claims.

If we process your personal data for the purposes of direct marketing, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of such marketing. You can exercise the right of objection as described above.

If you exercise your right to object, we will stop processing the data concerned for direct marketing purposes.

When processing personal data for the purpose of direct marketing on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) DSGVO, such data shall be stored until the data subject exercises his or her right to object pursuant to Art. 21(2) DSGVO.

Unless otherwise stated in the other information in this declaration on specific processing situations, stored personal data will otherwise be deleted when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed.
