This sudden development meant that the railway administrations of East and West reached their limits. In order to cover the resulting demand, the transport capacity of the few existing “small border traffic” connections between the GDR and the Federal Republic of Germany was increased with all available vehicles. This year's TOFT train set takes up such a situation and represents a year full of emotions, upheavals, hopes and colorful train sets.
The locomotive has a matching PSD XP sound decoder with a large loudspeaker special sound experiences on the model railway layout.
