New in 2024: BR 219 diesel locomotive with prototypical paintwork and printing of the DB AG in era V with bib and headlight at the top. Thanks to the powerful engine with precisely balanced flywheels, the PIKO model of the 219 impresses with its smooth running and considerable pulling power. The shape and color design of the locomotive, called a “submarine” because of its portholes, is not inferior to its precision mechanical precision. The model has a PSD XP sound decoder with a large speaker and impresses with a wide range of digital and sound functions.
