For optional operation with conventional DC driving device, digital systems SelecTRIX 1 and 2 or according to DCC format
The switchover between analogue and digital operation takes place automatically
In digital operation, the last programmed system is used (it is not switched over automatically!)

The vehicle sound decoder SD05A supports braking with asymmetrical digital voltage (four diodes in series and one diode anti-parallel, Lenz ABC), slow travel (with suitable braking modules) and bidirectional communication (loco address feedback in DCC operation, RailCom®).

The vehicle sound decoder SD05A does not support SX1 programming. Please set up SX1 operation using the SX2 parameter programming.

The proven vehicle sound decoder SD05A is now available in the 2nd generation after product maintenance has been completed and offers many advantages:
Higher voltage strength (30 V)
Higher maximum output power (2.6/1.6 W [4/8 Ω])
