Note: Wired decoders (also ...R and ...F types) are each supplied with a free electrolytic capacitor of 680 to 1000μF. This is used to test the energy storage connection; at this capacity the effect is already noticeable. For real use, much larger capacities, e.g. GoldCaps, are recommended.

For the basic set Kato K10950 you need: 1x MS560 (sound decoder), 2x MX605SL and 7x MX605FL
For the supplementary set Kato K10951 you need: 1x MX605N and 5x MX605FL
