Interior lighting function decoder (Kato FR11)

Note: Wired decoders (also ...R and ...F types) are each supplied with a free electrolytic capacitor of 680 to 1000μF. This is used to test the energy storage connection; the effect is already noticeable at this capacity. For real use, much larger capacities, e.g. GoldCaps, are recommended.
