PIKO 47541 - TT Sound-E-Lok BR S499.1 CSD IV, including PIKO sound decoder
Novelty 2022: The elegant “Laminátka” from PIKO appears in size TT for the first time. The grace of the machine was excellently transferred to the 1:120 scale and an absolutely harmonious overall picture was created. The many attractive details, such as the skylights in the engine room, were elegantly implemented and the strongly structured lines of the locomotive body were visualized with sharp engravings. Technical elements such as the bogies were precisely reproduced. The colorful paintwork of the prototype, including dynamic decorative elements, also suits the locomotive perfectly in the model. The “Laminátka” is powered by a powerful mid-engine with two flywheels, which acts on all four axles of the locomotive. The lighting in red and white, which changes with the direction of travel, is of course designed using contemporary LED technology. The sound model of the BR S 499.1 has a PSD XP S SoundDecoder of the latest generation ex works and also has PIKO TrainSound® onboard.
