The PIKO model of the NS 2400 series impresses with the finest housing engravings and the meticulous implementation of its model with precise engravings on the locomotive housing and the bogies. The railings, which are very characteristic of this series, are elaborately etched metal parts. The model is characterized by excellent driving characteristics and has a precisely manufactured die-cast frame, a powerful motor with a flywheel and lighting using LEDs with white/red light changes. With the factory-integrated sound decoder, which supports the DCC data formats with RailComPlus®, Motorola® and Selectrix®, the Rh 2400 electric locomotive has once again achieved an outstanding implementation as a sound locomotive. The powerful speaker is tailored to the RH 2400 and enables powerful sound. Many typical locomotive sounds and functions can be accessed individually. Sound is also possible in analogue mode - only driving noise.
