Novelty 2022: Printed variant of the BR 193 in the “Unlock the dock” design from Era VI. With the BR 193, PIKO delivers a high-precision model that has numerous extras based on a solid zinc die-cast frame and features proven PIKO standards. The tried and tested PIKO motor with two large flywheels ensures excellent running characteristics. The tractive force of the locomotive, which is driven on all four axles, is increased by two traction tires that sit diagonally to one another on the internal axles of both bogies. The headlights and taillights are illuminated via LEDs whose red or white changes with the direction of travel. The externally elegant appearance of this model includes a harmoniously reproduced technical “roof landscape” and carefully detailed bogies with prototypical wheel disc profiles. The sound version of the model already has an mfx®-capable SoundDecoder at the factory.
