PIKO 51971 - Electric locomotive BR 140 Bayernbahn VI
Novelty 2024: Printed variant of the BR 140 in the version of the BayernBahn in Epoch VI. The model has built-in, digitally switchable driver's cab lighting as standard. The five-pole motor ensures excellent running characteristics with two large flywheels and power consumption via eight wheels. In order to ensure high tractive power, the PIKO model has, in addition to the zinc die-cast frame, two traction tires that sit on the internal axles of both bogies in a diagonal arrangement to one another. The model has a PluX22 interface, white/red light change and short coupling kinematics. The PIKO E 40 is prepared for retrofitting with a sound decoder and large speaker.
