PIKO 51688 - Sound electric locomotive BR 103 DB IV AC version, including PIKO sound decoder
New 2022 variant of the BR 103 as a long version from Era IV. Even 50 years after their appearance, the legendary cult locomotives of the BR 103 are among the visual highlights on German railway lines thanks to their timeless appearance and attract a lot of attention. The model impresses with its heavy die-cast metal frame with a finely detailed housing, the finest paint and printing and delicate metal pantographs. The LED light changes to white/red depending on the direction of travel and, like the cab interior lighting, can be controlled digitally with a PluX22 decoder. The model has an mfx®-capable SoundDecoder in the sound version ex works.
