PIKO 51652 - Sound electric locomotive BR 150 DB IV, including PIKO sound decoder
The design of the model from the 150 series follows the proven PIKO drive design. The solid five-pole, diagonally grooved PIKO motor with two precisely balanced flywheels ensures excellent running characteristics. The tractive force of the locomotive, which is powered by four axles, is increased by two traction tires that sit diagonally on the internal axles of both bogies. The headlights and taillights are illuminated via LEDs whose red or white changes with the direction of travel. The cab lighting and the taillight can be switched digitally. A PIKO SmartDecoder 4.1 with matching vehicle sound is installed ex works.
