PIKO 51107 - Electric locomotive BR 101 "Our prices" DB AG VI
Novelty 2022: Printed version of the BR 101 with attractive advertising from DB AG in era VI. The modern design of the BR 101 has been modeled exactly. The locomotive is painted traffic red true to the original, including the “DB biscuit”. The single-arm pantographs have been recreated extremely delicately. Sharply engraved bogies complete the visual appearance. To complement this, upgradeable brake hoses are included. A powerful, 5-pole motor ensures smooth travel. Equipped with two flywheels, the PIKO BR 101 stands out for its extremely smooth running. Two diagonally mounted traction tires provide traction when moving. The technical highlight is the built-in, digitally switchable driver's cab and driver's desk lighting. The light changes depending on the direction of travel in red/white, of course using the latest LED technology. In digital operation, these functions can be switched separately. Simple digitization with a PluX22 decoder is already prepared using a plug-in interface.
