In order to fully use the functions of the flashing lights, you must change the following CV on your PluX22 decoder. CV 109 flashing generator for flashing light to value 48 (the LEDs can be switched on and off using function keys 11 and 18). Please note that the buffer memory must first be discharged after programming.
