Novelty 2021: The FS D.145 diesel locomotive is a PIKO model of a purely Italian vehicle that will delight collectors of exceptional European locomotives with its striking appearance, large area of application and excellent driving characteristics. The D.145 from PIKO impresses with its finest paintwork and printing, the exact housing shape, attached handlebars and sharply engraved bogie panels. The light changes to white/red depending on the direction of travel using LEDs. The standard built-in cab lighting and the direction-dependent taillights can be controlled digitally with a PluX22 decoder. The five-pole motor with two flywheels ensures excellent driving characteristics. The model has a PluX22 digital interface according to NEM 658 and is prepared for easy retrofitting with sound and the largest possible loudspeaker. Brake hoses for retrofitting are included.
