PIKO 52761 - Diesel locomotive BR 132 DR IV AC version
With the BR 132/232, PIKO offers another highly detailed model of a DR classic. The PIKO model impresses with its successful mold construction and the faithful implementation of all relevant details of the respective model machine. The PIKO models of the DR series 132 and the Deutsche Bahn AG series 232 are characterized, among other things, by the finest paintwork and printing, free-standing handle bars, a die-cast zinc frame and a powerful five-pole motor, which, in combination with two balanced flywheels, guarantees balanced running properties. The lighting is done using LEDs. The cab lighting and the taillight can be switched digitally with a PluX22 decoder. The model has two traction tires that sit diagonally on the inner axles of the two bogies. The power is drawn from all wheels. The model is delivered with a PluX22 interface, and a sound retrofit with the largest possible loudspeaker is prepared.
