Novelty 2022: Printed variant of the BR 245 of the DB AG in Era VI in the design of NAH.SH. For the 245 series model, PIKO takes into account all changes to the series locomotives in terms of the number and design of the roof and side fans compared to the model vehicles and reproduces them true to the original. The model impresses with its precise painting and printing, etched metal ventilation grilles, sharply engraved, true-to-life bogies and many assembled free-standing parts, such as the front handlebars. The heavy die-cast zinc frame and the motor with two large, precisely balanced flywheels ensure excellent driving characteristics and high pulling forces. The driver's cab lighting and the front and tail lights, which function depending on the direction of travel, can be controlled digitally with a PluX22 decoder. The sound model has an mfx®-capable PluX22 sound decoder ex works.
