PIKO 24618 - Kosangas DSB IV compressed gas tank car
New in 2024: Pressure variant in the Kosangas design of the DSB in Ep. IV. For the transport of liquid gases, these vehicles are equipped with boilers with a volume of 120 m3, making them the largest European compressed gas tank wagons. The design and execution comply with the regulations of the European railway administrations and are marked with an approximately 30 cm high, orange vertical stripe that encloses the boiler halfway up. The wagons are designed to operate with gross weights of 90.0 t.
