The standard freight wagons in Switzerland undoubtedly include the K2 and K3 wagons. Both were built over many years (K2 since 1900, K3 since 1913), and - with the same main dimensions - they are available in different versions with different wheelbases. The SBB kept the series, some of which were in need of overhaul, in service for a long time, so that the K2 was still in service until the 1980s. The Hobbytrain model is completely redesigned from the ground up and built like a modular system, so there are different buffer, door variants and wheel sets to choose from, which enable a variety of variants throughout the eras.
