Technical details
To convert old Märklin® universal motors, you need a permanent magnet. It replaces the existing field winding and, in conjunction with a LokSound or LokPilot decoder, gives your old locomotives a driving behavior that you would never have thought possible! We supply four different magnets; the exact one you need depends on the type of armature. You can find the number of the armature in the spare parts sheet, which you can also access online on the Märklin® homepage.
