Update capability of the decoder
The vehicle function decoder FH05B supports braking with asymmetrical digital voltage (four diodes in series and one diode anti-parallel, Lenz ABC), slow driving (with suitable brake modules) and bidirectional communication (loco address feedback in DCC operation, RailCom®).

A SUSI module connected to the supply voltage (VS) or a connected buffering is required for SX1 programming to remove. It is sufficient to interrupt the supply voltage (red wire for SUSI) for the time of SX1 programming. The SX2 or DCC programming is not affected by this.

The proven vehicle function decoder FH05B is now available in the 2nd generation after product maintenance has been completed and offers many advantages:
around five times the buffer capacity (hence longer contact faults can be overcome without data loss).
