The Barilla company has been transporting a million packs of pasta and lots of sauces and pesto per train from Parma in Italy since March 2020 Dornstadt (near Ulm) in Germany - three times a week. Barilla saves more than 6,000 tons of CO2 every year. This is made possible by our own train connection, which was set up by the Barilla company together with GTS in March 2020 because of Corona. The company Barilla was awarded the German Logistics Prize in 2020.
