In May 2022, the advertising design of the Re 460 072 with leopard pattern for the Locarno Film Festival was presented in the Officine di Bellinzona - the so-called "cathedral". The electric locomotive, designed by the Pininfarina design studio, will be on the road throughout the SBB network with its striking festival leopard design.
The Locarno Film Festival is celebrating its 75th anniversary and is delighted to be working with the event's main partners to strengthen and demonstrate its close ties with the whole of Switzerland. The branded locomotive will be used in high-quality passenger train services beyond the anniversary year.
