Prototype information

After delivery in 1927, the 761 and 762 railcars were painted brown-green with black stripes and a silver-gray roof in accordance with the regulations for passenger cars. After acceptance, deployments took place in Frankfurt/O., Breslau Hbf, Allenstein, Trier, Templin and Oldenburg, among others. During this time, the third of the striking roof ventilators was also missing, which were only retrofitted between 1930 and 1932 as the drive and technology improved.
