Novelty 2022: A contemporary model of the PKP ET21 will certainly warm the hearts of many railway friends in our neighboring country, as the freight locomotive is one of the milestones of the change in traction in Poland. PIKO honors this historical value when implementing the model in size H0. The result is a model that excellently captures the character of the model. Typical attributes of the PIKO Expert models can also be found on the ET21: finely engraved and extremely three-dimensional fan grilles, precisely perforated bogie panels and extremely delicate roof equipment. These properties are complemented by an absolutely prototypical paintwork and equally precise printing. The model is powered by a five-pole PIKO motor with two flywheels. As a sound model, the ET21 has a PluX22 sound decoder ex works. The lighting in red and white, which of course uses LED technology and changes with the direction of travel, is almost obligatory.
The ET21 appears for the first time in the version with a large, one-sided side fan, which stands out clearly due to the interrupted decorative strip. and with a short horn. In addition, the model corresponds to that of the ET21 of the PKP in era V (item no. 51600).
