PIKO 50637 - Steam locomotive BR 83.10 DR IV

New in 2023: Form variant of the BR 83.10 in the three-domed version of the DR in Era IV. The model has a dual headlight and a long locomotive sign on the smoke chamber door.
In keeping with the special nature of the model, the finely detailed PIKO model can also present itself as an outstanding locomotive. The striking locomotive comes with a variety of specially attached parts, including many fine cables, smoke deflectors, bell, whistle, lids on the water tanks, alternator, steps for the buffer beam, ladders, hand poles, heating cables and sand pipes. The fine spoke wheels, the filigree controls and the detailed cab interior make the locomotive an eye-catcher on the layout. The PIKO BR 83.10 is also technically state-of-the-art and has driver's cab lighting, chassis lighting, LED headlights and the option of equipping the locomotive with a smoke generator. The powerful engine, in combination with 2 built-in traction tires, ensures sufficient pulling power for all prototypical train combinations. Installing a digital decoder and retrofitting with sound is possible without any problems. Brake hoses, tow hooks and long protective tubes are included with the model.
