PIKO 21640 - Sound electric locomotive Vectron BR 193 Kombirail VI, including PIKO sound decoder

New in 2024: The BR 193 “Vectron” in the “We trust in Rail” design from KombiRail in Era VI. With the Vectron, PIKO delivers a high-precision model that has numerous extras based on a solid die-cast zinc frame and features proven PIKO standards. The tried and tested PIKO motor with two large flywheels ensures excellent running characteristics. The tractive force of the locomotive, which is driven on all four axles, is increased by two traction tires that sit diagonally to one another on the internal axles of both bogies. The headlights and taillights are illuminated via LEDs whose red or white changes with the direction of travel. The externally elegant appearance of this model includes an exactly reproduced technical “roof landscape” and carefully detailed bogies with prototypical wheel disc profiles. To control the digital and sound functions, the model comes with a PSD XP sound decoder with the largest possible loudspeaker.
