Function decoders do not have a motor output stage, but have special functions for controlling cars. All ZIMO function decoders can be given a second address, with which this decoder can be controlled at another address. If this second address matches the address of the towing vehicle, the locomotive and the control car can be given commands at the same time using this function decoder.
